Anna Salek

Anna Salek is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Anna provides comprehensive estate planning advice to a diverse client base, including individuals and families of significant wealth, owners of closely-held businesses, entrepreneurs and private equity and hedge fund principals. Anna's practice focuses on structuring and implementing tailored wealth transfer plans that use sophisticated estate planning techniques to shift value to younger generations in a manner that is both tax-efficient and consistent with non-tax objectives. Her practice also includes the administration of complex estates and advising executors and trustees, in both friendly and hostile settings, on the proper discharge of their fiduciary duties.
