A. John Demarco

John Demarco is a United States patent attorney. He focuses on patent and trademark counseling, licensing, litigation, and prosecution. He helps companies design around patents, defend against patent assertions, enforce/license intellectual property, resolve complex patent prosecution issues, strategize international commercial activity to minimize infringement exposure, and acquire and develop technology and intellectual property.
