A. Guy Neff is a partner in Holland & Knight's Orlando office and practices principally in the areas of commercial real estate development, banking, development and financing of commercial facilities, and hotel and resort development.

Mr. Neff's practice emphasizes representation of developers of commercial and residential real estate; representation of institutional real estate lenders in connection with major acquisition, construction, permanent loans secured by real property; hotel and resort development; and international investors acquiring real estate within the state of Florida.

Mr. Neff has written articles and lectured extensively on the topics of banking, real estate law, hotels and international business matters. Mr. Neff lived in India and South America and he has participated in numerous foreign trade missions and has traveled throughout the world.
