Aaron J. Borden

Aaron J. Borden has represented banks, insurance companies, mezzanine funds and other commercial lenders, as well as borrowers in a variety of debt and equity financing transactions. He has also been involved in several complex bankruptcy matters, and has represented creditors and trustees in Chapter 11 cases.

Prior to joining Bingham, Aaron served as a judicial extern to both the Hon. Marilyn Morgan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California and the Hon. Joyce Kennard, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of California.
