Abbey L. Keppler

Abbey L. Keppler concentrates in ERISA and employee benefits law, advising clients in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. Ms. Keppler’s expertise covers a broad range of employee benefits issues including the design, implementation, administration and compliance aspects of qualified pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, tax sheltered annuities, multi-employer plans, nonqualified SERPs and other executive compensation arrangements and welfare and cafeteria plans. She also advises clients on fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues. Her clients have included tax exempt organizations, entities in bankruptcy and parties to mergers, acquisitions and other financial transactions affecting employee benefits.
