Ms. Keppler’s expertise covers a broad range of employee benefits issues including the design, implementation, administration and compliance aspects of qualified pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, tax sheltered annuities, multi-employer plans, nonqualified SERPs and other executive compensation arrangements and welfare and cafeteria plans. She also advises clients on fiduciary and prohibited transaction issues.
