Abigail A. Baird

Abby focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including advising on private equity deals, assisting companies with their initial public offerings, and drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements. She represents clients in every day benefits matters in connection with their qualified and nonqualified retirement and welfare plans and advises our university and health care clients on deferred compensation issues unique to tax-exempt employers.
