Abby Hemani is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department. Ms. Hemani focuses her practice on appellate matters, complex commercial litigation and government and internal investigations, with a particular focus on the financial services sector.
As a member of the firm’s Appellate Litigation Practice, Ms. Hemani has experience briefing and arguing civil and criminal cases before state and federal courts of appeal. Before joining Goodwin Procter, Ms. Hemani served as a law clerk to the Hon. Jose A. Cabranes and the Hon. Barrington D. Parker, both of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
