Adam K. Grant’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense in state and federal courts. He has handled a broad range of commercial and contract disputes, criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations, corporate governance matters, securities litigation and employment disputes. Adam has counseled clients in proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Attorneys' Office, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC").
