Adam M. Blank is a litigator and trial lawyer in the firm's litigation department. Mr. Blank is experienced in handling both complex civil litigation and criminal prosecutions, and he has served as lead trial counsel in both civil and criminal jury trials.

Mr. Blank's civil litigation practice includes breach of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, non-compete litigation, creditors' rights litigation and other complex commercial cases. He has represented major multinational corporations, local businesses and individuals in both state and federal jurisdictions in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Florida. Mr. Blank also conducts regulatory compliance reviews for companies seeking to examine or overhaul compliance procedures and internal investigations on behalf of clients accused or suspected of violating federal law or federal regulations.

In addition to his civil practice, Mr. Blank has represented individuals charged with a variety of criminal offenses, including assault, sexual battery and first-degree murder. Mr. Blank recently served as co-counsel in the high-profile prosecution of a young child by the state of Florida for first-degree murder and other charges, helping to secure dismissal of a criminal indictment and the favorable resolution of the case.

Mr. Blank is a member of the firm's Community Services Team and has dedicated thousands of hours during the past few years to the pro bono representation of individuals in criminal prosecutions, immigration proceedings, family law disputes and civil rights cases. He has successfully tried criminal and civil cases on behalf of pro bono clients in state and federal jury trials.
