Adam Chud is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Business Litigation Group and is a member of the firm’s Class Actions & Mass Litigation and Insurance & Risk Management Practices. His national litigation practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, class actions and intellectual property for companies in a variety of industries, including insurance products and financial services. He also has more than a decade of experience representing nonprofit entities.

Mr. Chud has substantial trial and arbitration experience, as well as significant experience on a variety of class actions in the areas of health care, insurance and consumer finance. His practice also includes representing clients in business disputes involving contracts, post-closing issues and other litigated matters. In addition, Mr. Chud has long represented clients in copyright and trademark matters, including litigation, working with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and negotiating intellectual property agreements.
