Adam focuses his practice in the area of qualified employee pension benefit plan design and administration for governmental, non-profit and for-profit entities. He also advises clients with respect to Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service correction and compliance programs.

In addition, Adam advises clients that contribute to multiemployer pension plans, as well as multiemployer plan trustees, on their rights and responsibilities under ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.
