He has varied experience in all phases of civil litigation, from the pleadings stages through trial. Adil has also assisted clients with obtaining and enforcing domestic and foreign trademarks, and has prevailed against numerous cyber-squatters in arbitrations filed pursuant to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
