Adrian Jensen is a senior counsel and litigation attorney at Foley & Lardner LLP where his practice includes litigation matters, with a focus on representing clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and other regulatory bodies. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.

Mr. Jensen has represented companies and individuals in government and internal investigations relating to public company accounting, record-keeping, and disclosure requirements, compliance with public company audit standards, criminal antitrust matters, U.S. economic sanctions, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
