Adrienne N. Byrdsong

Ms. Byrdsong is counsel in the Real Estate Group in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. She has more than ten years of experience in the area of Commercial Real Estate and Development.

She concentrates her practice in the areas of acquisitions and dispositions, development, retail leasing, and community association law for a national financial services company and quick-service restaurant company.

Prior to joining Seyfarth and having her own practice for two years, Ms. Byrdsong was a Southeast Regional Counsel for a top 5 national homebuilder responsible for transactions within their divisions in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Louisiana. Ms. Byrdsong provided legal counsel for the acquisition and development of land and lots; vertical construction of homes and amenities for the company communities; and business transactions related to the day to day operations of the divisions. She also worked closely with personnel within the region, advising and training them on legal matters related to general corporate policies, consumer lending, customer service, ethics, human resource issues, sales and marketing, homeowner and subcontractor disputes, purchasing and general legal matters.

Before embarking on her legal career, Ms. Byrdsong served seven years as an active duty officer in the U.S. Air Force, primarily as a Manpower Management officer, at several assignments throughout the country including the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
