Akiva M. Cohen is a senior counsel and commercial and intellectual property litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He has represented clients in complex commercial litigation, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes, employment and personal injury litigation and broker-dealer arbitration. Mr. Cohen has experience in federal and state civil litigation and appellate practice, arbitration, and ITC investigations. He is a member of the firm's IP Litigation and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practices.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Cohen was an associate at Thelen LLP in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of Thelen's Securities Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Groups.
