His experience includes international contract disputes, trademark disputes, and the defense of claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and various state unfair trade practices acts. Before joining McGuireWoods, Jordan served as law clerk to the Honorable Albert Diaz during his appointment to the North Carolina Business Court. Jordan was a member of both the law review and moot court board while earning his law degree from Wake Forest University, and he rowed for the Men’s Heavyweight Crew team as an undergraduate at Princeton University.
