Alan M. Brunswick

Mr. Brunswick’s practice focuses on all areas of labor relations and employment law on behalf of employers in both union and non-union settings. His extensive experience spans a wide variety of cases involving contract interpretations, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour and ERISA disputes. He appears in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the U.S. Department of Labor and the California Labor Commissioner, and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Mr. Brunswick performs these services for clients in the entertainment, garment, hotel, restaurant, manufacturing, construction, steel processing, healthcare, airline, trucking and warehousing industries.

He is the former Vice President and in-house counsel for the Association of Motion Picture & Television Producers.
