Serving as disclosure counsel to municipal issuers and underwriter’s counsel for national underwriters in several states.

Working with national underwriters on securities law matters in a variety of tax-exempt conduit financings in several states.

Serving as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel with respect to tax-exempt and taxable financings by Indian tribes for various projects.
