Alex Levy

is a lawyer with King & Spalding’s Discovery Center. He has developed particular expertise in managing electronic discovery in healthcare litigation and government investigation cases. Mr. Levy has been involved in Department of Justice investigations and class actions pending in state and federal courts around the country. Mr. Levy’s 7 years of Discovery Center experience includes:

Supervising and managing a review of over 1.5 million electronic and hard copy documents for a defense contractor in response to a Department of Justice inquiry and subsequent Qui Tam action, including conducting review of hard copy files at client location and managing process of organizing and creating witness specific document binders for purpose of deposition preparation.

Supervising and managing a review of 230,000 electronic and hard copy documents for a home health provider in response to requests from SEC and Department of Justice.

Assisting in managing an electronic and hard copy document review for a medical products company in response to a Department of Justice inquiry, including managing and coordinating quality control portion of the project.

Litigation Technology Experience

Through supervising and training attorney review teams and collecting, reviewing and producing documents, Mr. Levy has gained experience creating project plans and developing protocols for objective coding, imaging, scanning and printing. Mr. Levy has extensive knowledge and experience of document review and litigation support systems including Relativity, DTI iConect, Kiersted K4, Concordance, IPro and Microsoft Access.
