Alexandra Alperovich

Allie Alperovich is counsel in the Tax & Benefits Department. She joined Ropes & Gray in 2008. Allie advises clients on executive compensation, equity-based and other incentives, deferred compensation, and other compensatory arrangements. She also advises clients with respect to qualified and nonqualified benefits plans, ERISA fiduciary matters and other benefits matters.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Allie was a Tax associate at an international law firm and a Tax counsel at an investment banking and global financial services corporation. Prior to attending law school, Allie worked at a compensation consulting firm.
