Alison Boren has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of commercial transactions, including all forms of debt financing, mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. She devotes a significant part of her practice to the representation of borrowers, commercial banks, issuers, investment banking firms, insurance companies and other institutional lenders and investors in a wide range of financing transactions. These transactions involve secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged buyout and other acquisition financing arrangements, project financings, asset-based loans, bridge loans, second-lien financings, letter of credit facilities, high-yield debt offerings, note purchase agreements, intercreditor agreements, mezzanine investments, subordinated debt financings and workouts, restructurings and debtor-in-possession (DIP) financings.

Ms. Boren’s industry-specific financing experience includes oil and gas, chemicals, mining, manufacturing, information technology, media and communications, real estate, retail, insurance, maritime and hotels and resorts. Ms. Boren also has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, representing lenders, investors and developers in connection with sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing and construction matters.
