Alison L. Wollin is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice.

Ms. Wollin’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation matters. She represented Francois Pinault and Artemis, the company he founded, in two federal jury trials against the California Insurance Commissioner concerning the rehabilitation of Executive Life Insurance Company, which resulted in favorable verdicts. Ms. Wollin has represented Merrill Lynch in litigation arising out of the collapse of Adelphia, and she has represented Home Depot in a series of matters in states around the country relating to sales tax refunds.

Ms. Wollin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2002, where she was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in May 1998.

Ms. Wollin is admitted to practice in the State of New York and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
