Amanda Austin joined Ropes & Gray in 2005 as an associate in the corporate department. She is a member of the life sciences group, where her practice primarily focuses on the representation of public and private companies in the life sciences industry, including advising clients in the negotiation of strategic licensing transactions and commercial partnerships, research and development collaboration agreements, mergers and acquisitions and supply and manufacturing arrangements.
