Amanda McGrady Morrison’s practice focuses on representing private equity firms and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and other direct investments. Amanda also represents investment management firms and investment portfolios in connection with strategic transactions. Amanda regularly advises public and private companies on a wide range of general corporate matters, including securities laws compliance and governance matters. In addition, Amanda routinely counsels investment advisory firms in connection with fund formation, investment activities and internal operations. Her clients include Kohlberg & Co., Silver Lake Partners, Summit Partners, Summit Rock Advisors, SunGard Data Systems and TPG Capital.
