Ms. Shubin received her J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law, where she served as the managing articles editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology and a student lawyer for the Center on Wrongful Convictions. During law school, Ms. Shubin was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster, as well as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Sidney Schenkier of the Northern District of Illinois. She holds a B.A. in sociology from Vassar College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Shubin worked as a web producer for an international investment management organization.
