Amy M. Spicer is a senior attorney in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Spicer focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and appeals. She has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including breach of contract, fraud, patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, mortgage servicing and foreclosure, ERISA, environmental litigation, and Congressional investigations. Ms. Spicer also works with financial institutions, and has assisted clients facing examination before regulatory bodies and in matters concerning internal examinations and the enhancement of business practices.

Ms. Spicer has a litigation background in both federal and state courts, where she has handled all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial and appeal. Her experience includes examining and preparing witnesses in trial, depositions, presenting oral argument, and successfully prosecuting and opposing numerous dispositive motions.

Ms. Spicer has also briefed and argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
