`Amy Peters

is a corporate partner who focuses her practice on debt financing transactions. Amy's practice consists primarily of debt financing transactions and debt restructurings, including the negotiation, structuring and documentation of these transactions. She represents borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions in both the United States and abroad. Amy's experience includes investment grade financing, letter of credit facilities, cash flow-based financing, asset-based financing, mezzanine financing and workout and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession financings.

Amy has recently represented Hanesbrands in its $1.1 billion revolving credit facility, including the financing for its recent acquisition of Maidenform. She also represented Molson Coors in its $2.5 billion senior unsecured financing and bridge financing in connection with the acquisition of Starbev. Amy represents a broad range of private equity sponsors, including Sun Capital in connection with its acquisitions of Paperworks, Heartland Automotive and Comfort Co; Parthenon in connection with its acquisition and recapitalization of HD Vest, Merchant Warehouse and Bracket; GTCR in connection with its acquisitions of ATI Physical Therapy, ConvergeEx, Sorenson Communications, Landmark Aviation and Graceway Pharmaceuticals; Madison Dearborn in connection with its acquisition of Bway; Bain Capital in connection with its financing of Unisource Worldwide; and Greenbriar in connection with its acquisition of EDAC Technologies.
