Andrea Hedtke is a Senior Attorney with the Public Finance Group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP. For the past decade, Ms. Hedtke has served as bond counsel primarily to Minnesota school districts. She assists her clients with a variety of types of financing transactions, including new money and refunding bonds, tax and aid anticipation borrowings, lease purchases and certificates of participation. She also provides assistance and advice with respect to school district bond elections and levy referenda. Additionally, Ms. Hedtke has served as legal counsel to MN Trust, an investment pool comprised of Minnesota school districts, since its inception in 2006. Prior to joining Dorsey, Ms. Hedtke was a lobbyist with the League of Minnesota Cities on a variety of public finance-related issues.
