Andrea Gonzalez is a business litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She assists clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Ms. Gonzalez has participated in federal and state court cases involving business torts, breach of contract, partnership disputes, intellectual property, banking, asset sales, class actions, commercial real estate, mortgage backed securities and commercial foreclosures. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Latin America Practices.

Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Gonzalez worked as a litigation associate at a leading Miami law firm and worked on the trial team of a local star athlete in a business dispute involving breach of contract, fiduciary duty and trademark infringement claims. She also represented a prominent developer in a lawsuit against a joint venture partner, and represented a major commercial loan servicer in multi-million dollar commercial foreclosure matters.
