Andrew Day

is a corporate attorney in the Firm's New York office focusing his practice on the formation, structuring and management of private equity and venture capital funds, fund-of-funds and other investment vehicles, as well as operational, legal and regulatory issues faced by their sponsors. In addition, he counsels fund sponsors on a variety of corporate matters, including succession planning, marketing arrangements, limited partner transfers, confidentiality agreements and fund and firm governance. Andrew also advises investors in connection with the review and negotiation of fund terms and rights and considerations relating to proposed amendments.
