Andrew Levinson concentrates on defending insurance carriers and real estate professionals in negligence-based claims in the real estate, construction, transportation and manufacturing industries. He is also experienced in coverage issues and provides coverage opinions to insurance clients. Andrew is responsible for all aspects of litigation from inception through trial, defends and conducts depositions, and participates in mediations and arbitrations. Andrew has appeared as second chair in trials in New York courts.

Andrew believes it is important to take action rather than “react” to problems in a case. He has the ability to think outside the box and come to a fair resolution of his cases. His priorities are to gain a firm grasp of the case within a few days of receiving an assignment and investigate heavily early on.
