Andrew Auerbach concentrates his practice on the structuring, negotiation, documentation and administration of a broad spectrum of syndicated and non-syndicated loan transactions. His experience extends to secured and unsecured loans, acquisition credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset based loan facilities, multi-currency facilities, cross-border financings, and real estate financings (including securitized loans). He also handles A/B note structures, intercreditor agreements, mezzanine loans and letter of credit facilities involving many different industries and asset classes, including lending to regulated industries and gaming related transactions for new casino construction projects and casino expansions. In addition, Mr. Auerbach advises clients in connection with public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, complex restructurings and workouts, joint ventures and real estate private equity investments.
Mr. Auerbach served as a judicial extern with The Pennsylvania Supreme Court for the Hon. Justice Sandra Schultz Newman in 1999.
