Andy practices in the firm’s financial services group, and in this capacity has effectively brought and defended business disputes on behalf of numerous national financial institutions. In addition, he regularly represents physicians and medical centers in medical malpractice and products liability actions. The remainder of Andy’s time is spent in complex commercial disputes, where he frequently manages the discovery process, including electronic discovery issues.

Andy has served on the Board of Directors for Endeavor Charter School and the Endeavor Charter School Foundation since 2008. He also serves as a youth baseball coach.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Andy practiced for five years in Seattle, Washington.
