Andrew Forstenzer has joined Preferred Mutual Insurance Company as General Counsel. Throughout his professional career, he has served in multiple leadership roles. Most recently he was engaged as Of Counsel to the Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker national law firm in Dallas, TX. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for the Crump Group, a leading national insurance wholesaler and as Vice President-Senior Litigation Counsel for Marsh & McLennan Companies. In his new role, Forstenzer will represent Preferred in its legal matters while also heading the Governmental Affairs and Claims Counsel departments.

Forstenzer earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Law School, and a Masters in Corporation Law from New York University Law School. He has been and will continue to be active in various industry associations.
