Andrew’s practice includes financial services, commercial, product liability, toxic tort, class action, and aviation litigation. He regularly represents major financial institutions in mortgage and financial services litigation, including litigation under the Truth in Lending Act, Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He also represents medical device and pharmaceutical companies, food and beverage producers, equipment manufacturers, air lines, aircraft component part manufacturers and related aviation businesses in commercial, wrongful death, personal injury, class action and mass tort litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country.

He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and regularly participates in the DRI Conference on Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation. He has completed aviation ground-school training at Aviation Atlanta, and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) Advanced Deposition Training program.

Andrew was a Burke Scholar at Washington and Lee University School of Law.
