Andrew is a member of the Financial Industry Group. His practice focuses on representation of financial institutions in commercial, class action and individual litigation. In addition to representing financial institutions in connection with commercial loan lender liability claims, he has significant experience in litigation involving the principal consumer protection statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and state unfair trade practices laws. He currently oversees and is responsible for the successful resolution of numerous residential mortgage litigation matters. He frequently represents automobile finance companies in UCC claims brought under Article 9 and often represents banks in connection with claims under Articles 3 and 4. He also has represented both employers and insurers in ERISA litigation involving executive compensation and claims against ERISA benefits plans. He has broad experience handling general commercial and other complex civil litigation, and has served as trial counsel in numerous matters involving preliminary relief and receiverships. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts. In 2013, Andrew joined the adjunct faculty at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
