Andrew M. Levine

Andy Levine has been the lead lawyer on major transactions for strategic and private equity participants, including ABM Industries, Omnicom Group, Procter & Gamble, Ryder System, Sprint-Nextel, Stanley Works, Verizon, Wasserstein & Co., and WL Ross & Co. He heads the Firm's representation of Chinese companies in North American M&A transactions and also has substantial experience in distress M&A, joint ventures, special committee transactions, corporate governance, takeover preparedness, and restructurings. Andy has worked in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and health care, consumer goods and retail, telecommunications, real estate, financial services, facility services, shipping, advertising and marketing, and manufacturing.

Other clients with which Andy has worked on substantial matters include ABB Ltd., Alcatel-Lucent, Burlington Industries, Dana Corporation, FTD, Goldman Sachs, Lagardère, Macy's, Moelis & Company, R.H. Donnelley, Spectrum Brands, and WilTel Communications.

Andy is a frequent author on Delaware law developments, M&A and governance issues and has appeared as a commentator on Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg Radio.
