Andrew R. Woltman

Andrew’s practice focuses on business, financial securities, and complex commercial litigation and on conducting internal and external corporate investigations. He has represented clients in a broad range of antitrust, healthcare, supply chain, commercial, business, RICO, FDCPA, FCRA, and TCPA related litigation. A significant portion of his practice also focuses on internal and external investigations relating to financial institutions’ oversight by the OCC, CFPB, and state attorneys general. He is experienced in all phases of litigation at the state and federal level.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods in Chicago, Andrew worked at the Orr Hockey Group and Accenture, Ltd., in Boston Massachusetts.
