Andrew Keats is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.

Mr. Keats’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. He has also represented corporate and individual clients in a variety of settings, including securities, bankruptcy, class action and hostile takeover defense litigations. In his pro bono work, Mr. Keats has represented clients seeking asylum in the United States and has worked to overturn the conviction and sentence of a death row inmate in the state of Alabama.

Mr. Keats earned his law degree in 2007 from the University of Southern California School of Law, where he was elected to Order of the Coif and served on the Southern California Law Review. He graduated from Duke University in 1998.

Mr. Keats is a member of the state bars of California and New York and is admitted to practice before the Central District of California and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
