Andrew S. Han is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Washington, DC, office and a member of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Insurance Litigation Practice. Prior to joining O’Melveny, Andy was an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting, a global economics consulting firm, where he worked for several years supporting expert economic testimony in a variety of complex corporate litigation and transactional matters. Andy’s practice has expanded on this technical background and focused primarily on complex litigation defending major companies against class actions and other aggregated litigation at both the state and federal level concerning a range of issues, including contract interpretation, product liability, and consumer protection statutes.
