Andrew S. Jacob is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Appellate practice groups in Gordon & Rees’ Phoenix office. Mr. Jacob clerked for the Honorable Barry Silverman on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to embarking on a second career in law, Mr. Jacob was an interventional cardiologist. In that capacity, he chaired multiple medical staff committees, actively consulted for the Health Services Advisory Group and the Arizona Medical Board, and served on the board of directors for the Scottsdale PHO. Mr. Jacob wrote several peer-reviewed medical papers, served on the editorial board of a peer review journal, and, in 2000, was recognized as Teacher of the Year at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.
