has experience in a wide variety of complex financings representing private equity groups, commercial lending institutions and other private and public companies in both the United States and abroad. Andy’s experience includes investment grade financings, acquisition financings, cash flow-based financings, asset-based financings and reserve-based financings.

Andy serves as a Pro Bono Coordinator for Kirkland's Houston office and is a member of the Firmwide Pro Bono Committee.
