Anelia Delcheva is a technology transaction attorney providing intellectual property transactional services to clients. She has prepared and negotiated license, technology development, collaboration, research, marketing, material transfer, and confidentiality agreements, as well as manufacturing, supply, distribution, sales representative, and other agreements for software, telecommunications, diagnostic, medical device, biopharmaceutical, and other products and services.

Ms. Delcheva received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2006, where she was the Managing Editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs and the Articles Editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology. She received her B.A. in Physics, summa cum laude, from Clark University in 2002 where she was awarded the Erickson Scholarship and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She also received American Physics Society scholarships while interning at the IBM Almaden and Yorktown Heights research facilities.
