Angela Diesch assists natural and organic product manufacturers and distributors with matters from certification to resolution of disputes regarding compliance with the National Organic Program (NOP) to litigation. She is well versed in the Organic Foods Production Act (OFPA), the California Organic Products Act (COPA), and what it takes for products to comply with these standards. Angela has also represented clients in matters involving unfair competition, Lanham Act, false advertising, and slack-fill actions brought by both individual parties and government agencies.
