Angela Woessner is a real estate attorney with more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate transactions. She advises clients on matters involving office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and multifamily housing buildings, as well as vacant land.

Angela counsels business owners, investors and individuals on the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate, including negotiating and documenting purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, real estate financing documents and other related documents.

Angela has experience advising on the formation and operation of residential housing developments and homeowners’ associations, including drafting and reviewing governing documents.

Before joining FaegreBD in 2015, Angela was a partner in the real estate group of a mid-sized suburban Minneapolis law firm.
