Anita B. Weinstein

Anita B. Weinstein joined the firm in July 1980 and practices in the Commercial Litigation Group of the Philadelphia and New York offices. She represents defendants in cases involving products liability, toxic torts, personal injury, general liability, mass torts, professional liability, construction liability and labor and employment.

Besides her active courtroom and commercial litigation practice, Anita also counsels employers in a wide variety of workplace matters and has spoken on employment law issues before both industry and professional groups.

Anita is a member of the American, Philadelphia, and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Defense Research Institute, as well.

Anita earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, at Syracuse University in 1969 and her law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law in 1977, where she was a member of the Temple Law Quarterly. Also while at Temple, Anita earned a Best Paper Award for her work in Conflicts of Law.
