Anita Choi is a counsel in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office and a member of the Tax Practice within the Transactions Department. Anita advises on a wide range of US, Hong Kong and PRC tax issues with particular emphasis on cross border and international transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings and joint ventures. She regularly advises on structuring and implementing corporate and partnership acquisitions and dispositions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and stock and asset transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Anita worked at Deloitte & Touche's Los Angeles office as an international tax consultant where she focused on cross border transactions.
