Anna’s work is focused on lease portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, single investor middle market and big ticket leases, restructuring of leverage lease transactions, commercial lending and credit enhancement transactions. She regularly represents lenders, lessors, lessees, equity participants, buyers, sellers and borrowers in connection with transactions involving railcars, aircraft, intermodal equipment and miscellaneous equipment in connection with loan structures, true leases, leverage leases, equipment purchases and sales and various other transactions.
