Anna Suh focuses her practice on employment litigation and employment advice and counseling. Anna has extensive experience representing employers in governmental agency investigations, California and FLSA wage and hour class and collective actions, pattern or practice litigation, employment discrimination actions, whistleblower litigation and unfair competition and employee raiding litigation. Additionally, she advises employers on strategic employment decisions, policy and practice changes, wage and hour compliance, employment contracts and noncompetition agreements, executive compensation and severance packages, and monitoring client personnel actions for evidence of disparate impact discrimination. Other significant aspects of Anna’s practice include using work force electronic data and technology to identify and address compliance issues and assisting companies facing litigation leverage data in their defense.

Prior to joining Fenwick & West, Anna was a partner in the Labor & Employment group of another leading law firm. Anna was recognized by California Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Northern California for employment litigation in 2011-2013. She was a Board Member for the Korean American Bar Association for Northern California for 2006-2008, Vice President in 2008, and President in 2009.

During law school, Anna was an Associate Editor of the Berkeley Journal of International Law.
