Anna V. Short is a member of the Corporate Transactions & Securities Group in the firm’s Charlotte office. She concentrates her practice on private equity, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate matters.

Ms. Short received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as the senior managing editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Ms. Short received her undergraduate degree in political science and communications from Wake Forest University.
